Digital Products Refund Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility: Our digital products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and demonstrate that the product is not functioning as advertised or described on our website.

3. Refund Process: Once we have received your refund request, we will review the issue and respond within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund and issue a credit to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Products: Some of our digital products may not be eligible for a refund. These include products that have been used, customized, or downloaded for more than 30 days after the purchase. Additionally, products purchased through third-party platforms may be subject to the refund policies of those platforms.

5. Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the request is made outside of the 30-day refund period.



Conditions for Returns:

In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • • The Products were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • • The Products are in the original packaging.
  • • The products are not implemented or used anywhere.


There are no Refunds or Credits in the following situations:

  • • You have changed your mind about an item;
  • • You bought an item by mistake;
  • • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
  • • You ask for goodwill; or
  • • You can no longer access the item because it has been removed

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Products may be refunded. Unfortunately, Products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.



Returning Products

If the item was purchased using a particular payment method you will be refunded using the same payment method in reverse.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to Us.
